On Mt. Gordo, located on the North east side of the map, You can see a ghost at a specific place.

The ghost will vanish if you get to close to it, but will always be there if you stay the right distance away.

The Ideal way to find the ghost is to stand higher up on the mountain and look through the sniper scope for a better view.

There is also writing under the ghost that has writing in blood that says 'Jock'.

An interesting Thing About This is that there is a website on gta5 about a person who was killed on mount gordo by her husband because she was pushed. Her husbands name is 'Jock' according to the website.
